Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase and wish for a refund or exchange, please return the item to us in it’s original condition within 14 days of receipt. We can also provide a gift voucher in the place of an exchange or refund. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used to purchase the item online. Postage on returns is non-refundable.
If you purchase an item from our Exeter shop, please return to the shop with your receipt within 14 days for a refund, exchange or gift voucher.
Bespoke and customised items and earrings are exempt from refunds and exchanges.
If the product is not returned to us in fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange, refund or gift voucher. Please ensure that the item is safely packaged, and returned using a signed-for delivery service. Please also state your reason for return. We do not take responsibility for items lost in transit whilst being returned to us.
In the case of exchanges, a re-delivery charge of £5 applies to UK and £12 to international addresses.
If it is an international return, please clearly label the package ‘Returned for refund’ or ‘Returned for repair’. This will help to ensure that your package is not held in customs, which could result in a delay to refund or customs charges. We will not pay customs charges for returned goods.
