Once an item has been ordered you will receive a confirmation email from the site(s), the item will be dispatched by Monty’s Devon Ltd, and you will receive an email to confirm that the item(s) is on its way. If your item has not arrived by the estimated delivery time Monty’s Devon Ltd are in no way liable for any losses. Ensure you allocate an acceptable address for delivery to ensure your item can be signed for, if necessary, upon delivery. Monty’s Devon Ltd do not accept responsibility for delay in delivery.
You must sign for the delivery if necessary.
If you are not at the address for the time of delivery a notice will be left at your address specifying details for alternate pick-up or redelivery arrangements.
You are not able to change your address once you order has been processed. In the case where you urgently require to change your address on an order placed you MUST notify Monty’s Devon Ltd IMMEDIATELY on the below contact form or by calling the shop. You must understand that it is your responsibility to provide the correct address initially and that a change of address may not be able to be facilitated if the shipment has already been initiated.
