We understand that jewellery takes love and care to ensure it lasts forever, which is why we offer a wide range of in-house services to help your jewellery keep it’s sparkle. Please follow the steps below to receive a quote and further information.

How it works

Please note:

We aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours. Our current schedule means the expected turnaround time for general repairs is 3-4 weeks.

Should there be any change to the cost estimate once we have inspected the jewellery we will always contact you before proceeding. If you do not wish to go ahead, we will return your jewellery to you free of charge. Please do not send your jewellery in sentimental packaging. Please note we are not liable for your jewellery until it reaches us, and we therefore recommend that you send with insured and tracked post. Please ensure that the insurance cover is for the full value of your item/s, and that your jewellery is suitably padded and protected.
